Domain Holding Agreement

Last updated: May 1, 2026

These terms apply when you ask Foundable to register a domain for your foundable through Foundable Domains.

1. Relationship to the main Terms

This Domain Holding Agreement supplements the Foundable Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and the Terms for a domain registration, this Agreement controls for that domain-specific issue.

2. What Foundable does

When you confirm a domain purchase, Foundable registers the domain through Cloudflare Registrar using a Cloudflare account controlled by Autono Labs, Inc. We hold the registration in trust for the foundable that authorized the purchase.

Foundable may configure or expose DNS management tools for the domain inside the product. Cloudflare remains the registrar and authoritative DNS provider unless we tell you otherwise.

3. Your authority

By confirming a domain purchase, you represent that you are authorized to act for the foundable and to request registration of the domain. You are responsible for ensuring the domain does not infringe anyone else's rights, violate law, or violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Charges and renewals

The confirmation screen shows the registry price and the credit amount you authorize. Foundable reserves credits before submitting the registration and charges them only when the registration completes. If the registrar price rises above the authorized ceiling before registration, we will stop and require a fresh quote.

Auto-renewal may be enabled for held domains. If enabled, you authorize Foundable to use foundable credits or other active billing methods for renewal charges unless you turn off auto-renewal or transfer/release the domain before the renewal deadline.

5. Registrar rules

Domains are subject to registry, ICANN, and Cloudflare Registrar rules. Some domains may require extra verification, may be blocked by the registrar, may be unavailable after a quote, or may have registry-specific requirements. Foundable cannot guarantee a domain will be registered until the registrar confirms the registration.

Newly registered domains may be subject to a 60-day transfer lock or other registry transfer restrictions. During a lock, Foundable can keep managing the domain but may not be able to transfer it to another registrar.

6. DNS and content

You control the content, services, and DNS destinations you ask Foundable to configure. You are responsible for those destinations and for any records you request. We may refuse or remove records that violate law, third-party rights, platform policy, registrar policy, or the security of Foundable or other customers.

7. Transfers and release

We will provide reasonable support for transferring or releasing a held domain when your foundable is eligible, your account is in good standing, the domain is not locked or under dispute, and the request passes our security checks. We may require confirmation from a foundable owner or admin before starting a transfer or release.

8. Suspension and disputes

We may suspend DNS management, disable auto-renewal, lock changes, or decline transfer/release requests when needed to comply with law, registrar requirements, court orders, third-party disputes, security incidents, unpaid charges, or violations of the Terms or this Agreement.
